Rohan Cards & Printers Pvt. Ltd.is in the business of printing various products like visiting cards, invitation cards, brochures, leaflets, letter heads etc. since year 2006. They are the leading player in their industry producing quality product at economical rates.

  Challenge :

The printing industry falls under unorganized sector but this client is an exception. Client always wanted their all process and departments to be highly organized to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the work. They produce the products on various papers line NT, AC, IV etc. with different lamination options like full lamination, spot lamination etc, with folding options and all this in various sizes. So, in all they print 1000+ different combination of products. So, managing all such orders, creating efficient lots, changing the rates of all such products and managing the payments, credits and dispatches of such products, managing customer accounts, balances and leaguers were a big headache for them. They also wanted the rate calculator for all their 1000+ products which could easily generate the new rates of the product when their input rate changes like (paper rate, ink rate etc.). They also wanted their dealers to place an order online and then collect all orders (online as well as offline)  ogether and manage the lots. So, database synchronization was also important. The challenge was to provide them sturdy software solution to computerize their business processes.
