TechMax Publications is in the business of publishing engineering & diploma books from past 10+ years. They are the top sellers and most preferred publisher of Computer, IT and E&TC Engineering books in Pune University territory.

  Challenge :

The publishing industry falls under unorganized sector and TechMax Publications was not an exception. They deal with various vendors like paper suppliers, printers, binders, laminators etc. They work with distributors and dealers chain to take the books to the end-users. They have branch offices in 6+ cities in India. In such cases it’s always a tough job to keep track of book stock in any branch, paper stock and availability, customer and supplier billing, managing multiple editions of the books, keeping track of employee salaries etc. Managing all such business processes in on paper was real tough job for them and sometimes ended up in mess. The challenge was to provide them sturdy software solution to computerize their business processes.
